RESIDUARY LEGATEE
(остаточный легатарий) Лицо, включенное завещателем в число наследников имущества и получившее наследство после удовлетворения претензий других упомянутых наследников. Например, если в соответствии с завещанием 3 000 ф. ст. должно быть выплачено лицу А, 10 000 ф. ст.-лицу Б, а остальное состояние завещателя-лицу В, лицо В будет называться остаточным легатарием.
